Red to start

Red lips to start a new hard week with a positive attitude ;) A week full of aims, hard work and many bored hours at college, but with my family as prize at the weekend! :)  And about the look... I tried to wear one of my favourite shorts for.. almost the last time. Cold has nearly officially got to Granada... I really hate it from the bottom of my heart!! So.. I think this shorts, and all of the rest, are going to be useless for a long (hopefully not that long) time.

Labios rojos para empezar una nueva y dura semana con actitud positiva ;) Una semana llena de objetivos, trabajo duro y muchas horas aburridas en la Universidad, pero con mi familia como premio al fin de semana! :) Y sobre el look... he intentado ponerme uno de mis pantalones cortos favoritos por ... casi última vez. El frío ha llegado prácticamente oficialmente a Granada... Realmente lo odio desde lo más profundo de mi corazón!!! Así que... creo que estos pantalones cortos, y todos los demás, van a ser inútiles por un largo (espero que no sea tanto) tiempo.

Burgundy runaways

I've never (and when I say never is NEVER) liked turtleneck tops. However, this year I've started seeing it in many magazines and blogs, and I instantly though about this t-shirt mixed with this necklace (that, by the way, I've used it just a few times though I love it)...and so... I tried! Here you are the whole look, heels included (I've missed them in the blog so soooo much!).

Nunca (y cuando digo nunca es NUNCA) me han gustado las camisetas de cuello de cisne. Sin embargo, este año he empezado a verlo en muchas revistas y blogs, e instantáneamente he pensado en este top combinado con este collar (que por cierto me he puesto muy poco aunque me encanta)...así que... lo intenté! Aquí teneis en conjunto entero, tacones incluídos (cuánto los he echado de menos en el blog!)

And it was all yellow

Didn't think twice when I though this sweater for the first time. I've always had a special attraction to yellow, don't ask me why. And, yes... I feel so great when I'm wearing it! So, what can better for Monday mornings? Not many things. And feeling great from the beginning may be the key to have a great workday ;) Wear it with the right accessories and you'll be full of energy for the whole day!

No me lo pensé dos veces cuando vi este jersey por primera vez. Siempre he tenido una atracción especial hacia el color amarillo, no me preguntéis por qué. Y,sí...me siento genial cuando lo llevo puesto! Así que, que puede ser mejor para un lunes por la mañana? No muchas cosas. Y sentirse bien desde el principio tal vez sea la clave para tener una buena jornada de universidad ;) Llévalo con los accesorios adecuados y estarás llena de energía para el resto del día!

Not sure

Sometimes, 12h workdays force me to wear my glasses. Almost all of the clothes that I'm wearing are new. I bought that jacket in New York, more that a month ago, but it's been so hot until now that it's been impossible to wear it. This is my favourite sister's blouse, she came last weekend from Germany, and gave it to me (have to love her!). And, finally, pants are from a local shop from Cordoba, definitely a bargain! I liked the look, but.. I have to admit that I've just realised that I quite look like a Ryanair stewardess!

A veces, las jornadas de 12 horas me obligan a llevar gafas. Casi todas las prendas que estoy vistiendo son nuevas. Compré esta chaqueta en Nueva York, hace más de un mes, pero ha hecho tanta calor que me ha sido imposible ponermela antes. Esta es mi blusa favorita de mi hermana. Vino este finde desde Alemania, y me la dio (tengo que quererla!!). Y por ultimo, los pantalones son de una tienda local, sin duda una verdadera ganga! Me gustó el look, pero... tengo que admitir que me acabo de dar cuenta que me parezco bastante a una azafata de Ryanair!

Crochet and denim

Yesterday, I spent the whole day at the beach. I love going there when there isn't many people, so today it was the perfect day. It wasn't really hot, but neither cold, so I didn't wear bikini, but I chose high-waisted jeans, a vintage crochet top and the most comfortable wedges of my closet.

Ayer, pasé el día entero en la playa. Me encanta ir cuando no hay mucha gente, así que hoy ha sido el día perfecto. No hacia mucha calor, pero tampoco mucho frío, así que no me puse bikini, sino que elegí unos pantalones de talle alto, una top de croche vintage y las cuñas más cómodas del armario.

Passion shred

I have granted myself a small vacation from today until Sunday. so I've came back home with my family. This is the look I wore some days ago to go to college. I bought that blouse in NY and firstly, after getting it, I didn't like it, so I tried to change it. Some days later, looking uselessly for the ticket, I started accepting I had to keep it. Don't ask me why, but the truth is that.. now I'm happy not to have found the ticket. Maybe... I'm starting loving it ;)

Me he auto-permitido unas pequeñas vacaciones desde hoy hasta el domingo, así que he vuelto a casa con mi familia. Este es el look que lleve a la universidad hace unos días. Compré esta blusa en NY y al principio, después de haberla comprado, no me gustó, así que intenté cambiarla. Algunos días más tarde, buscando inútilmente el ticket, empecé a aceptar que me la tenía que quedar. No me pregunteis por qué, pero la verdad es que...ahora me alegro de no haber encontrado el ticket. Tal vez... está empezando a encantarme ;)

Change of scenery

Yes, I did it. I fall into temptation of using Instagram... I have to say it's even more dangerous that Twitter! So, if someone of you wants to follow me, my name is @laurachicpoint. Now, addictions apart,  here you my look of the day (Yay! We changed of scenery!). Most of you have already seen these pants for sure, here or in another blog. They're just so great... Maybe my favourite ones. I mixed them with a new bag I got when I came back from NY, a  simple blouse and classic heels. Impossible to forget: gold accessories. Watch and necklace (Already obsessed with this type of collar).

Sí, lo he hecho. He caído en la tentación de usar Instagram... Tengo que decir que es incluso más peligroso que  Twitter! Así que si alguno de vosotros está interesado en  seguirme, my apodo es @laurachicpoint. Ahora, adicciones aparte, aquí teneis el look de hoy (Sí! Por fin hemos cambiado de escenario!). Muchos de vosotros ya habreis visto estos pantalones aquí o en otro blog, seguro. Pero es que son tan geniales... Yo diría que mis preferidos. Decidí combinarlos con un bolso nuevo que compré cuando llegué de NY, una blusa básica y unos tacones clásicos. Imposible olvidar: complementos en dorado. Reloj y collar (ultimamente ando bastante obsesionada con los de este tipo).

Fixed mistake

The blog has came back to normality, it's already official. This year I'm sharing flat with my friend and blogger  Paloma Giraldez and you can´t imagine how fun it can be to choose an outfit having both closets to select clothes. For the look of today I chose floral pants, denim jacket, maxi bag (again..yes, so necessary to carry with all the college materials) and sneakers. It's not really original, but it's the best option if you have to walk 30 minutes to school, though the world's steepest slope!

El blog ha vuelto a la normalidad, ya es oficial. Este año comparto piso con mi amiga y blogger  Paloma Giraldez, y no podeis haceros una idea  de lo divertido que puede llegar a ser elegir un conjunto teniendo más de un armario de donde seleccionar la ropa. Para el look de hoy elegí unos pantalones de flores, una chaqueta vaquera, un maxi bolso (otra vez...si, es tan necesario para cargar con los materiales de la universidad...) y zapatillas. No es nada excesivamente original, pero es la mejor opcion si tienes que caminar 30 minutos hasta la facultad, a través de la cuesta más empinada del mundo!

I was willing madly to get this shirt from Cordoba and wear it with these pants. Love that mix of colours, don't you? To complete the look, flats and a big bag, to carry with my laptop and my notes.I have already officially started all of my lessons, and I have to say I love coming back to routine, to usual photo-shoots and new post so often!

Estaba deseando locamente hacerme con esta camisa que tenía en Córdoba y ponermela con estos pantalones. Me encanta el contraste de colores, no creeis? Para completar el look, zapatos planos y un bolso bien grande, para cargar con mi portátil y los apuntes. Ya he empezado oficialmente las classes, y tengo que decir que me encanta volver a la rutina, a las sesiones de fotos casi todos los días y a actualizar el blog a menudo!
